Sails.to provides infrastructure for the issuance, tokenization, and management of digital securities. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or securities exchange.
Securities offerings on our platform are conducted through licensed intermediaries in applicable jurisdictions. We provide technical infrastructure and administrative services only.
4. No Investment Advice
Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. All investment decisions are made at your own risk. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Sails.to. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
