Our sweet spot: $3M to $100M raises
How it works: Sails.to earns a distribution fee on successful raises (typically 1-6% depending on investor sourcing). You receive 25% of whatever Sails.to earns from the initial placement. The example above assumes average platform commission of ~3.5%.

Anyone with business relationships can participate. You don't need a license because you're not advising, selling, or handling funds. You're simply making an introduction.

Our sweet spot: $600K to $10M raises for expansion, equipment, working capital, or project finance. All offerings have a soft cap (minimum) and hard cap (maximum).
